VOLUNTEER

The highest reward for a person’s work is not what they get for it, but what they become because of it. – John Ruskin

A volunteer is a person who is light to others, giving witness in a mixed-up age, doing well and willingly the tasks at hand-namely, being aware of another’s needs and doing something about it.

As with all non-profit agencies Healthy Families wouldn’t be able to accomplish all it does without our wonderful volunteers.  Volunteers are needed to help with many things in our agency, some which can be done in the volunteer’s home and some in the office.  If you have an interest in learning more about the volunteer opportunities at Healthy Families please call Karen Starling at 317-773-2897 ext. 32.
